Palmar is a place where you can really experience the natural side of Bocas as you spend your days lounging on beautiful Red Frog Beach and your nights falling asleep to the peaceful sounds of the jungle and the rhythm of breaking waves. Activities abound, from hiking the trails of Bastimentos Island, exploring the surrounding beaches and reefs, practicing some beachfront yoga, flying the sky on a canopy tour or just relaxing in a hammock with a cocktail. There is something here for everyone. Accommodations range from comfortable private safari style tents to shared dorm safari tents or for those who want an authentic camping experience, we have campsites where you can pitch your own tent.
