Thank you for requesting a reservation with Caribe Shuttle. Please complete this form as accurately and completely as you can, paying special attention to the Passenger Immigration Information. We are required to get passport information for EVERYONE in your group. After we confirm seat availability and review your request for accuracy and completeness, we will send you an invoice with payment option information.

Shuttle prices vary depending on season and destination but you can expect to pay between $25 and $32 for your trip which includes a van ride between Costa Rica and Almirante, Panama and the water taxi between Almirante and Bocas Town.

NOTE: Pick Up/Drop Off Hotels: Caribe Shuttle will Pick Up/Drop Off at any hotel in the Manzanillo/Puerto Viejo/Cahuita area. If you do not know which hotel, no problem. Just write "????" in the space provided below, and we will automatically confirm your group for Pick Up/Drop Off at Rocking J's hotel in Puerto Viejo. To change it, just Contact Us at least 48 hours before your trip. For Bocas del Toro, Pick Up and Drop Off will ONLY be at Bocas Marine & Tours, but we still want to know where you plan to stay, so please tell us in the space(s) below.

We can not pick up clients who have not submitted all of this information for all passengers.
